Solutions & Services Inside Sales – Config & Deployment

About the role

Lenovo is looking for a Solutions & Services Inside Sales professional to partner with Account Sales and Services teams. You will drive customer success by designing, configuring, and deploying PC and Data Center solutions across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, technical presentations, demos, and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to capture business and technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Position configuration and deployment services for PCs, workstations, servers, and storage solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and service scopes that align with customer needs.
• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, and alignment with requirements.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, pre‑sales, systems engineering, or infrastructure solutions.
• Professional fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PC, workstation, server, and storage solutions.
• Experience with configuration and deployment services.
• Ability to design solution architectures and create technical proposals.
