Specialist – Product & Trade Child Safety (Serbia)

About the role

CYBEX is looking for a Specialist to own and represent technical expertise for the Child Safety category in Serbia. You will be the key link between the brand and retail partners, ensuring product credibility, safety communication and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting, in‑store demonstrations and selling support to drive sell‑out growth and market share.
• Support peak‑day traffic in priority retail locations (2–3 Saturdays per month) to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Deliver structured product, safety and installation training to retail teams, improving technical selling confidence.
• Ensure brand presentation, safety communication and POS standards are fully compliant across all retail doors.
• Strengthen retailer partnerships through consistent in‑store presence and relationship management.
• Analyse sales performance data to identify growth gaps, distribution opportunities and improvement areas.
• Expand active retail doors and optimise the distribution footprint for sustainable category growth.
• Provide performance reporting, competitor analysis and actionable market insights to headquarters.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in technical sales, field training or retail environments.
• Ability to translate technical product information into clear, consumer‑friendly messaging.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach with credibility in safety consultation.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Professional proficiency in Serbian and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work 2–3 Saturdays per month.
