Store Associate – Grocery (Full-time)

About the role

Wolt Market is looking for energetic store associates to join its grocery operation in Novi Sad. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, handling orders from receipt to delivery while ensuring a clean and organized store.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries, including pallet handling and storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare grocery orders using the Merchant application.
• Hand over orders promptly to customers or couriers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (store open 08:00‑00:00 daily).

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable multitasking in a high‑pace setting.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus.
