Supply Demand Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Supply Demand Administrator to join our logistics team. In this role you will help ensure smooth delivery operations, support customers and logistics partners, and maintain high service levels across our supply‑chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day logistics and delivery operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer delivery enquiries and routine service requests.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Monitor deliveries, follow up on exceptions and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and system data.
• Review and validate logistics‑related information, including delivery, inventory and transport cost data.
• Escalate service or operational issues through the appropriate channels when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring accuracy, compliance and process discipline.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, customer service or operational administration.
• Experience working with customers, hauliers, carriers or logistics service providers is an advantage.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and team‑oriented attitude.
• Sense of ownership and accountability.
