Swiss German Customer Care Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Swiss German‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class service across phone, email and live‑chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring fast, accurate and courteous resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Research internal and external resources to answer questions, document interactions, and route calls when necessary.
• Identify emerging trends, escalate priority issues to internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by adhering to quality guidelines, KPIs and company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swiss German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Team‑oriented, open to feedback and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows OS and Apple OS.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
