Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Technical Architect to translate architectural concepts into precise 3D models and 2D drawings. Working with global teams, you will support projects ranging from technology clients to fashion and retail, ensuring designs stay true to the creative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Generate detailed technical 3D models and 2D architectural drawings from sketches, renders, conceptual models and schematic drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and the Creative Director to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant codes, standards and regulations for target markets.
• Review and revise redlined renders and drawings to address changes.
• Provide technical support during construction, interpreting drawings and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions and project documentation.
• Use Rhino (3D and 2D) to create and modify technical models and drawings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional architectural or technical design experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in architecture, interior design, furniture or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) and its interoperability with other CAD software.
• AutoCAD or comparable CAD software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Docs suite (Docs, Slides, Spreadsheet).
