Technical Co-Founder

About the role

Project Light Advisory is building an AI‑driven culture management platform and is seeking a Technical Co‑Founder to shape the technology foundation. You will partner with a senior team that has deep experience in culture transformation and AI, and you will be responsible for defining, selecting, and overseeing the implementation of the core technical stack.

Key responsibilities

• Define the cloud, hosting, and data architecture for the platform.
• Specify and evaluate the agent framework, retrieval system, and security/tenancy model.
• Write technical specifications, run vendor selection processes, and manage implementation partners.
• Ensure the technology choices are scalable, cost‑effective, and aligned with the company’s long‑term economics.
• Develop and maintain the evaluation layer that validates AI agent outputs against graded datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex cloud‑based AI solutions.
• Strong judgment in technology procurement and vendor management.
• Ability to work closely with senior founders and translate business methodology into technical architecture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take equity‑based risk.

Required skills

• Cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hosting management.
• Design of data pipelines and retrieval systems.
• Security and multi‑tenant model design.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and evaluation harnesses.
