Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology (all genders)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology will act as the primary promotional interface with healthcare professionals in Serbia, focusing on on‑label scientific conversations about our oncology portfolio. The role combines customer engagement, coordination of internal resources and alignment with medical experts to ensure compliant and impactful communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑label scientific discussions with HCPs about licensed oncology products.
• Lead and simplify customer interactions, coordinating cross‑functional teams for effective engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on‑label activities and address customer requests.
• Promote the oncology portfolio in accordance with promotional and medical independence guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Science Experts/Medical Advisors for medical judgement.
• Participate in account planning and support execution of strategic account plans.
• Utilize remote/virtual tools (email, video calls) alongside face‑to‑face meetings in a hybrid model.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical promotional role.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Good knowledge of the Serbian market and customers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
