Trainee Program – Wind Generation

About the role

Join Flender's Wind Generation Trainee Program at the Subotica factory, a key site of the Winergy group. This 12‑month program is designed for recent graduates or final‑year students who want to gain hands‑on experience in wind‑energy production and develop a solid foundation in mechanical or electrical drive technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced engineers and mentors on real‑world wind‑generator projects.
• Follow a structured individual development plan that includes comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
• Contribute to specific project goals and prepare a final presentation for senior management.
• Develop professional competencies such as communication, time‑management and presentation skills.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to support the manufacturing of stator segments and wind generators.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Andragogy).
• Strong interest in renewable energy, especially wind power.
• Motivation to work in a multinational, fast‑paced environment.
