Video Editor (Remote, Serbia)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Video Editor to produce high‑performing paid‑social video ads for Nysonian’s portfolio of lifestyle brands. The role focuses on turning raw footage, UGC and influencer content into short‑form ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video assets for paid social, website and campaign use, ensuring strong hooks and platform‑specific storytelling.
• Transform long‑form and user‑generated content into short‑form formats such as TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music and sound design to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and strategists to align creative with brand and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects with rapid turnaround while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor ad performance data and apply learnings to continuously improve future creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of video‑editing experience in fast‑paced environments such as agencies, DTC or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to produce performance‑driven video ads that drive purchases.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven video tools such as Runway ML.
