VIP Account Manager – Dutch Language

About the role

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be the primary point of contact for Dutch‑speaking high‑value players. You will deliver exceptional service, drive player satisfaction, and help grow our VIP portfolio within the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Dutch‑speaking VIP players, ensuring a top‑level customer experience.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and proactively introduce new offers, bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and ways to increase engagement.
• Provide tailored solutions and resolve inquiries quickly, acting as the go‑to contact for VIP clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless VIP journey and prepare regular performance reports.
• Contribute to strategies that boost player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch and excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a VIP or Account Management role within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
