VIP Account Manager – German Language

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with German‑speaking VIP players, delivering exceptional service and driving retention and growth. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring player needs are met while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking VIP players and provide top‑level customer experience.
• Proactively contact players to introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximise engagement.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues quickly as the go‑to contact for VIP players.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in the iGaming / gambling industry (mandatory) with at least 2 years in a VIP or account‑management role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, and the capacity to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
