VIP Account Manager – German Speaking Players

About the role

We are looking for a proactive VIP Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our German‑speaking high‑value players. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering personalised service, promoting exclusive offers and ensuring an outstanding player experience within the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking VIP players, providing top‑level customer service.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and act as the go‑to contact for VIP clients.
• Proactively present new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions to increase engagement.
• Monitor player activity, analyse trends and identify opportunities or risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player performance, retention metrics and portfolio health.
• Contribute to strategies aimed at boosting player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level German with excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in VIP or account management within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
