Accreditation System Operator

About the role

The Accreditation System Operator will support the registration and accreditation process for users, ensuring data accuracy, efficient processing, and high‑level customer service within a dynamic operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify data entered into the accreditation system.
• Print, personalize, and encode accreditation cards while controlling quality and security elements.
• Manage accreditation status throughout its lifecycle in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain records and monitor inventory of blank cards and accreditation materials.
• Handle basic maintenance of accreditation equipment and report technical faults.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues during card issuance and escalate complex cases.
• Apply standard operating procedures and offline fallback processes during system outages.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with security standards throughout the accreditation process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Technical, IT or administrative education is preferred.
