AI-Driven Software Architect

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Driven Software Architect to design and deliver innovative, cloud‑based solutions for our clients in industry, manufacturing and energy. You will work closely with customers, applying cutting‑edge AI development methods such as Agentic Swarm Coding and Spec‑Driven Development while staying hands‑on with modern programming practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern cloud APIs, system integrations and enterprise applications that enable digital transformation.
• Advance AI‑driven development capabilities, including Agentic Swarm Coding and Spec‑Driven Development.
• Create and maintain high‑quality DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in pre‑sales activities and provide technical leadership or mentoring as needed.
• Engage in hands‑on coding as a lead developer/architect.

Required profile

• Proven experience building enterprise‑level web applications, APIs and integrations using cloud‑native technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI‑enhanced software development practices.
• Ability to design scalable, high‑performance, resilient systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services (compute, serverless, managed databases, messaging, CI/CD).
• Cloud‑native development and Infrastructure as Code.
• Spec‑Driven Development, Agentic Swarm Coding, Claude Code.
• Proficiency in at least one modern object‑oriented programming language.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular (advantage).
• CI/CD pipeline creation and DevOps best practices.
