About the role

We are looking for a Behavioral Scientist to join our AI Research Lab and help shape cutting‑edge initiatives from the ground up. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work directly with the department founder and a world‑class team of engineers and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0‑to‑1 initiatives within the AI Research Lab.
• Translate high‑level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, moving from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin‑off.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote arrangements).
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and willingness to take end‑to‑end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
