Analytics Engineer

About the role

Qonto is looking for an Analytics Engineer to own the end‑to‑end data models that power Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics. You will design scalable dbt models, ensure reliability, and help migrate the data stack to a new semantic layer while collaborating closely with Business Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dbt data models and tests used across multiple business units.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand requirements and push back on solutions that compromise long‑term reliability.
• Reduce technical debt by supporting the migration to the Omni platform and a more scalable architecture.
• Own projects from discovery through delivery and monitor their impact on business decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, and modeling while retaining critical judgment.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across Product, Growth, and Finance teams.
• Experience in translating business questions into robust data solutions.
