CDL Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated CDL Recruiter to join our logistics team in Belgrade. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding Class A drivers for the US market, helping us build a strong driver pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and screen CDL‑A driver candidates via phone, text and email.
• Collect, verify and organize complete driver documentation.
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS.
• Arrange driver tests, research travel logistics and support candidates through scheduling, orientation and onboarding.
• Foster communication and loyalty to improve driver retention.

Required profile

• Experience in US logistics, CDL recruiting or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Belgrade office (no remote option).
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused and reliable team player.

Required skills

• Professional use of Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Tenstreet, Indeed, ZipRecruiter or similar ATS tools.
