Change Manager & Personal Assistant to the CIO (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the role

This position combines two critical functions: leading change initiatives across the IT department and providing high‑level executive support to the Chief Information Officer during a maternity leave period. You will work at the heart of the organization’s IT strategy, helping teams adopt new ways of working while ensuring the CIO’s day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions that enable teams to embrace change.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and agile project teams to develop and implement change strategies aligned with business value.
• Create and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change projects.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and address resistance early.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners on behalf of the CIO.
• Maintain the CIO’s calendar, arrange travel, and prioritize meetings to ensure efficient time management.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for high‑impact meetings.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven relationship‑building skills across multiple levels of an organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (including Teams and Planner).
• Experience using Staffbase for internal communications.
• Ability to work with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
