Construction Manager

About the role

FAMSUN, a global provider of integrated solutions for feed, food, and farming industries, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for its engineering projects across Serbia and Europe. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with European standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for on‑site construction management of feed, food, and industrial projects in Serbia and other European countries.
• Develop and execute construction plans, schedules, and execution strategies while monitoring progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure compliance with EU construction standards, Serbian regulations, and safety requirements; implement safety management systems and conduct inspections.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as daily reports, progress updates, quality records, and handover documents.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, supervision companies, contractors, and local authorities, facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial construction management.
• Ability to manage local contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders in an international project environment.
• Strong knowledge of EU construction standards and Serbian regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated competence in safety, quality, and risk management on construction sites.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving skills to address on‑site technical and operational issues.
