Customer Experience Consultant – Logistics

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to support its international trade operations. You will work with small‑ and mid‑size customers, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end shipment processes while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full shipment lifecycle for Essential Services customers, following all company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a customer portfolio, monitor financial status, and deepen business knowledge.
• Respond to daily emails and calls, providing excellent service.
• Coordinate ocean shipments and related logistics tasks.
• Build strong relationships with offshore teams and other stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changes.
