Data Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools as a Data Engineer and help shape cloud‑native solutions that transform and distribute product data across global channels. You will work in a young, dynamic team on end‑to‑end data projects, collaborating closely with business domains to improve quality of life through innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a cloud‑native solution for transformation and distribution of product data.
• Consolidate data exports in specific file formats for internal applications, online dealers, and sales teams.
• Analyse and harmonise diverse data source formats.
• Create test plans and implement automated tests.
• Communicate export status and progress to application owners.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data integration projects.
• University degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps).
• Experience designing data transformation processes using Databricks, Python, and Spark.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• High initiative, ability to work independently, and occasional international mobility (max 10%).
