About the role

Delhaize Serbia is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as Goods Delivery Personnel. You will be responsible for ensuring that products reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition while representing the company’s commitment to quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, ensuring correct placement in the vehicle and proper delivery at the destination.
• Consolidate and prepare merchandise by sorting and organizing items for efficient distribution.
• Collect payments, manage cash, deposits, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Handle packaging materials, returning empty containers to designated areas after delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, assisting pickers to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Team spirit, responsibility, and dedication to high‑quality delivery.
• Basic education (primary school level) is sufficient.
