About the role
We are expanding our dispatch team and are looking for experienced Dry Van Dispatchers to work from our offices in Belgrade or Jagodina. The role focuses on coordinating US‑based dry‑van freight, managing driver schedules, and ensuring smooth communication with brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor Dry Van drivers and their tours.
- Utilise load boards and negotiate rates with brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and driver activity.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work independently while adhering to company procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Dry Van dispatch.
- Strong command of English and good knowledge of the US trucking market.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Responsible, self‑motivated and able to work on‑site.
Required skills
- Proficiency with load‑board platforms.
