Electrical Design Manager

About the role

Eagle Hills is seeking an Electrical Design Manager to lead the electrical engineering scope of its high‑profile projects. Based in the Belgrade Waterfront team, you will coordinate design activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver cost‑effective, reliable solutions across a portfolio of mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical design from concept through construction support.
• Review and assess design submissions, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, ELV/ICT, fire alarm, emergency lighting, calculations and BIM models.
• Ensure designs meet project briefs, performance requirements, local authority and utility regulations, international standards and company guidelines.
• Manage external design consultants and monitor technical and BIM‑related comments.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical, project management, procurement, cost, planning and facility teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Lead electrical discipline coordination within BIM processes and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
• Evaluate power demand, cable routing, transformer and panel locations, equipment clearances and system integration.
• Propose value‑engineering options to optimise cost and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading electrical design projects in large‑scale construction or real‑estate developments.
• Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Excellent understanding of local authority, utility and international electrical standards.
