Engineering Manager / Lead Software Development – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager / Lead Software Development to drive excellence on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service platform. You will lead a global team of engineers and technical consultants, shaping the future of our CRM solutions for a worldwide sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a distributed team of software engineers and consultants.
• Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for Dynamics 365, including AI‑driven innovations.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes and quality standards.
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing of CRM features.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners and external partners to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineers and consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes on Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with agile development practices such as SCRUM and Kanban.
• Excellent English communication skills, analytical mindset and solution‑oriented work style.
