Forklift Operator – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s dynamic warehouse team as a Forklift Operator. You will be responsible for moving pallets efficiently, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the flow of goods across multiple storage locations.

Key responsibilities

• Unload pallets and place them in flow‑through shelving.
• Accurately load pallets to designated locations on time.
• Follow system‑generated location orders when removing pallets from shelves.
• Track and verify the quantity of received and loaded goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound goods.
• Sort and manage empty pallets.
• Participate in inventory counts and material audits.
• Prepare finished products and raw materials for distribution according to shipping lists.
• Transfer finished goods and raw materials between warehouses.
• Ensure the condition of flow‑through/fixed shelves and forklift equipment.
• Verify product loading quality against loading orders.
• Support ERP standard implementation.
• Execute shipments while adhering to company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum basic education.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Forklift operation licence (preferred).
