Global Key Account Project Manager – Data Center (Back office)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Global Key Account Project Manager to lead the delivery of lighting systems within complex international data centre projects. You will coordinate all phases from sale through engineering, delivery and commissioning, ensuring structured execution across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international data centre projects from sale to commissioning.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines and objectives in line with customer requirements.
• Manage project financials and monitor budgets.
• Lead internal and external stakeholder collaboration, including sales teams, key account managers, lighting designers, product managers, consultants, contractors, EPCs and customer project teams.
• Oversee project documentation such as lighting designs, product data sheets, sustainability reports (EcoVadis), technical specifications, installation concepts, schedules, risk assessments and system schematics.
• Coordinate engineering resources and commissioning activities.
• Identify and qualify new strategic project opportunities in partnership with senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in global project management or related roles within international construction or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of international data centre execution processes.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and senior decision‑makers.
• Background in electrical engineering, lighting, building technology, construction, control systems or a related technical discipline (degree advantageous but not mandatory).
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct reporting authority.
