About the role

As a Healthcare HyperCare Sea Specialist you will join Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Logistics and Operations team, focusing on temperature‑sensitive medical shipments that travel by sea. You will monitor these high‑value shipments around the clock to ensure they reach patients and healthcare facilities safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• 24/7 monitoring of healthcare shipments, tracking temperature, humidity, light and other critical parameters.
• Ensuring transit‑time commitments are met and product requirements are maintained throughout the journey.
• Providing accurate information to Kuehne+Nagel stations and clients, and escalating any irregularities.
• Monitoring required milestones from pickup to final delivery point.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Result‑driven, resourceful, proactive and possessing a growth mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in sea logistics and healthcare shipments is a plus.

Required skills

• KN systems knowledge.
