iGaming Customer Support Agent

About the role

The iGaming Customer Support Agent is a full-time, hybrid position based in Belgrade with the option to work part of the time from home. You will deliver professional, efficient support to players across multiple communication channels, resolve inquiries promptly and ensure a seamless, positive experience. The role operates on a 12-hour shift schedule with a 2-days-on/2-days-off rotation, requiring flexibility for both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer support across phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Respond to player inquiries, troubleshoot issues and deliver appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless player experience.
• Follow the 12‑hour shift schedule with a 2‑days‑on/2‑days‑off rotation, working weekday day shifts onsite and other shifts remotely.
• Adapt to both day and night shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in iGaming customer support or a similar customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools; basic knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
