IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the procurement, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Procure, configure, operate, and maintain hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
• Provide first‑level IT support for multiple business units and resolve support tickets.
• Administer Windows servers, client environments, Active Directory, File Server, Exchange Server, and SQL/MySQL databases.
• Monitor system health, verify backups, and review logs to ensure availability and integrity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, perform regular security monitoring.
• Support industrial computers on production lines and maintain telephone/mobile devices.
• Document issues and activities in the ticketing system and maintain technical documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
