IT Specialist – Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our Belgrade office. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical support, maintaining our IT infrastructure and contributing to strategic projects that drive the organisation forward.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, network services and application software.
• Monitor, maintain and secure the network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Assist in planning, executing and documenting IT projects and workflow improvements.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise IT processes and enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with network hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
