Junior Cost Estimator – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cost Estimator to join our interior fit‑out team in Belgrade. You will support the preparation of detailed cost estimates for high‑end residential, hospitality and commercial projects, working closely with design, project management and procurement colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project drawings, specifications and scope to develop accurate material, labour and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Prepare budgets, bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
• Maintain and update cost databases with current market prices.
• Track and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying value‑engineering opportunities.
• Produce clear cost reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and manage sample/mock‑up logistics.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Turkish is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Belgrade and travel periodically.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced features).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
