Media Team Lead – Relocation to Malta

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Media Team Lead to join our client’s fast‑growing media buying unit. The role is based in Malta and offers the chance to lead a talented team while shaping strategic media initiatives in the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Media Buyers in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strengthen, maintain, and cultivate relationships with various media channels through effective leadership and communication.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives for the team.
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve and surpass monthly targets for expenditures and revenue.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders to enhance productivity and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying, with a strong understanding of industry trends.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role, demonstrating excellent organizational and motivational abilities.
• Experience in the iGaming market.
• Relevant marketing or technology degree or certification preferred, though not mandatory if experience is sufficient.
• Proficiency in data analysis and a keen attention to detail, capable of turning insights into actionable decisions.
