Operations Performance & Governance Analyst

About the role

IGT is seeking an analytical Operations Performance & Governance Analyst to join its Operations Excellence & Enablement team. You will help shape data‑driven decision‑making, monitor key performance indicators, and support business continuity and risk initiatives across a global gaming operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly Operations KPI reporting process, gathering and validating data from multiple systems.
• Create dashboards, executive presentations and identify trends, opportunities and operational risks.
• Coordinate actions from KPI reviews, governance forums and improvement initiatives.
• Partner with global business continuity teams to develop and maintain continuity plans.
• Support operational risk assessments and maintain risk tracking.
• Manage Operations OKR planning, review cycles and progress tracking.
• Work with Jira and Jira Service Management to define measurable outputs and recommend new data collection requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders, process owners and system owners to design actionable processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with operational metrics, reporting or business analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
