Power BI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our Belgrade office and support a German‑market project covering finance, market insights and Salesforce data. You will own the end‑to‑end data model and the Power BI front‑end, turning business requests into high‑quality visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain star‑schema data models, DAX measures and calculation logic.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on clear layout, usability and performance.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and validation.
• Conduct requirements workshops with business stakeholders, challenge assumptions and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all German‑market reports.
• Iterate on existing dashboards based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Power BI development and front‑end design.
• Strong experience in dimensional modelling, DAX and Power Query/M.
• Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning.
• Proven ability to interact directly with business users and translate technical concepts into plain language.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
