Preventative Maintenance Specialist

About the role

NCR Voyix is looking for a highly organized and analytical Preventive Maintenance & Operations Analyst to oversee daily facility operations in Belgrade. The role ensures equipment reliability, coordinates preventive maintenance activities, and provides data‑driven insights to improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure preventive maintenance tasks follow established schedules and scopes.
• Coordinate vendors and technicians to guarantee timely completion of maintenance work.
• Develop and maintain operational guides, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance, track failure rates, and analyze incident data to identify root causes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate operational data into actionable business insights.
• Design and own key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring operational success and client satisfaction.
• Present findings and improvement plans to stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, project management, and technical teams to validate findings.
