Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for assigned categories. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing and contract management, supporting the company’s growth in the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions and contract finalisation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Construction and Studio Operations to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
• Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and secure competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records across platforms and systems.
• Track deliveries, contract timelines and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs and basic contract terms.
• Collaborate with team leads and the Head of Procurement on project initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a related supply‑chain role.
• Strong understanding of procurement flow, including RFQ/RFP processes, contracting and delivery coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
