Procurement Specialist

About the role

Acronis is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support Data Center Operations. Working closely with the Procurement Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will manage end‑to‑end sourcing of hardware, software, networking equipment, internet transit and colocation services, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure technology‑related products and services for data center expansions, migrations and new PoP deployments.
• Obtain, compare and evaluate supplier quotations, create purchase requests and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate order tracking, delivery logistics and resolve any procurement‑related issues with vendors.
• Support commercial negotiations by benchmarking pricing and preparing procurement documentation.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service credits, and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost‑reduction opportunities and present value propositions to leadership.
• Manage import logistics, shipping documentation and customs clearance when required.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in systems such as Coupa, Acumatica and JIRA.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing or supply chain, preferably in technology procurement.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders including engineering, finance, legal and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Acumatica.
• Proficiency in issue‑tracking tools such as JIRA.
