Product Owner and Global Process Expert (Plan to Produce)

About the role

As a Product Owner and Global Process Expert for the Plan to Produce (PlanEx) system, you will lead the definition, rollout and continuous improvement of Bosch’s production fine‑planning solution worldwide. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align the system with global standards and drive digital transformation in manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the PlanEx production fine‑planning product, delivering business value in line with the overall strategy.
• Collect global requirements, communicate them and implement the PlanEx system, including the Plan to Produce process, on a worldwide scale.
• Manage all deployment tasks during rollout projects, ensuring sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards.
• Align and adapt sub‑processes to user requirements, norms, standards and related processes.
• Define the roadmap for roll‑out, increase maturity of the sub‑process and drive automation and digitalisation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, initiate and lead transformation programmes to improve processes and capabilities.
• Train and coach user departments on applying standard processes.
• Facilitate intensive communication, collaboration and change‑management in an international environment.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of SAP PP, preferably with rollout experience.
• Several years of experience with SAP S/4, especially in Production Planning.
• Relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with a focus on Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes.
• Several years of consulting or industry experience, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Extensive business experience in planning processes from projects or operations.
• Strategic thinking and a strong mindset for operational excellence.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly.
• Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm.
