Project Lead – Service Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

The Project Lead – Service Supply Chain & Logistics will oversee complex, multi‑regional supply chain initiatives for NCR Atleos, ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. This hybrid role based in Belgrade works across NAMER, CLA, EUR, MEA and APAC regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution to delivery, with complete documentation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and NCR Atleos executives, identifying new opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee vendor performance to align with strategic goals.
• Track budgets, forecast financial milestones, and ensure proof of delivery.
• Shape solutions and contribute to business development for multi‑year engagements.
• Support management with project‑like initiatives, ensuring accountability and root‑cause resolution.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical, coordination, or problem‑solving support for urgent requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Demonstrated Agile experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
