Project Manager - Electronics Development

About the role

Brose Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electronics development projects from concept through series production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and act as the technical liaison with suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electronics development projects across the full lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to launch and series production.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet scope, quality, timing, and cost targets.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive technical collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, development partners, and customers, resolving complex challenges.
• Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and management reviews.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and support acquisition activities.
• Evaluate team performance, foster continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience, preferably in electronics development.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software development processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
