Project Manager

About the role

Centific, a frontier AI data foundry, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project updates, coordinate between PAs/PCs and SPMs/project developers, and ensure successful delivery of AI data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily production reports and communicate relevant information to senior staff.
• Verify time‑keeping records, approve PA/PC hours, and submit them.
• Maintain and help update Lean documentation.
• Create and deliver project‑specific training materials and train PCs.
• Meet with project developers to obtain updates on project specifics.
• Address project‑level issues and collaborate with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure proper coverage of duties.
• Respond promptly to ambiguities, changes, or updates from SPMs and cascade information to the team.
• Identify and communicate process improvements or waste areas to enhance efficiency.
• Complete End‑of‑Day reporting to ensure smooth hand‑off to the next shift.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the assigned process flow.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• General knowledge of online communication tools.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Leadership qualities, including giving/receiving feedback, delegating appropriately, and confidence.
• Ability to follow directions and complete time‑bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
