PSP Support Agent – Junior

About the role

SoftSwiss is looking for a Junior PSP Support Agent to join its PSP Support Team. The role focuses on maintaining stable payment operations and ensuring reliable transaction processing across multiple payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer and payment‑system requests through the Jira helpdesk and email.
• Monitor the stability of payment systems and intervene when issues arise.
• Work directly with various payment platforms to resolve incidents.
• Analyse payment‑related incidents, identify recurring patterns and produce reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as 2nd Line Support, Finance, Account Managers and B2C.
• Participate in a 2/2 shift schedule (12‑hour shifts, including 2–4 night shifts per month).

Required profile

• Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably technical.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience with payment systems or technical support is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with a helpdesk system.
• Basic knowledge of web architecture.

• Jira (helpdesk) usage.
