Residential Concierge

About the role

The Residential Concierge, also known as a Guest Experience Expert, delivers memorable and personalized service to guests throughout their stay at the St. Regis Belgrade Waterfront. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding guests, handling requests, and ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a full range of concierge services, including local area recommendations and assistance with guest needs.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out support, report completion, and handling guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
• Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the brand’s quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work full‑time in an on‑site hospitality environment.
