Retail Media Specialist

About the role

Acadia.io is seeking a Retail Media Specialist to drive best‑in‑class PPC and display campaigns across major retail platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Kroger, Chewy, and Ulta. You will work remotely, collaborating with a fast‑paced, data‑driven team to optimize client spend and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage retail media PPC and display strategies on multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Utilize Acadia’s ad management software and native dashboards to monitor performance daily and weekly.
• Conduct keyword research using third‑party tools and implement automated optimization tactics.
• Prepare and present performance reports, upcoming tactics, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (brand protection, SEO, organic marketing) to ensure cohesive client strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience with retail media advertising, especially Amazon PPC.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to stay current with platform updates.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal coordination.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
