Revenue Assurance Analyst – Hybrid, Belgrade

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Analyst protects company revenue by spotting and fixing revenue leakage, ensuring billing accuracy and supporting continuous improvement of customer and operational processes. You will work closely with Customer Services and other business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and strengthen controls.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse customer discounts, billing performance and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate revenue leakage, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Customer Services and wider teams to improve processes and operational controls.
• Analyse end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Bill processes, identify control gaps and embed revenue protection requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and audit packs to provide visibility on performance and risks.
• Support audits and governance activities, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Maintain the Customer Finance Risk Register, assessing and mitigating identified risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance, billing analysis or financial operations, preferably in telecom.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management capability to own individual projects or analyses.
