RPA Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an RPA Software Engineer to join our Belgrade team at NCR Atleos. You will design, develop and maintain robotic process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency for our financial services customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation frameworks.
• Develop, test, debug and deploy code in Java, JavaScript, C# or similar languages.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for end‑users and internal teams.
• Provide support for deployed bots, troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to “RPA as a Service” offerings for external customers.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure architectural best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software architecture or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS systems and on‑premise enterprise environments.
• Understanding of data architecture, transactional and analytical processing.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
