Sales Operations Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket division as a Sales Operations Intern. You will support the international sales team, collaborate with cross‑functional groups and contribute to business excellence across product marketing, quality management and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the international sales team and ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations and other business‑related documents.
• Gather, organize and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance and other departments across local and global locations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest efficiency‑enhancing ideas.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
