Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Technical Lead to own and evolve our Salesforce CRM platform. Based in Belgrade (or Niš), you will combine technical ownership with people management to ensure a scalable, secure, and well‑governed system that supports our global finance, revenue, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers.
• Define and enforce development standards for scalability, maintainability and testing.
• Act as the technical lead on projects, translating business needs into robust solutions.
• Own and govern integrations, guaranteeing reliable data flows across finance, revenue and external systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, admins and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end CRM solutions.
• Shape the technical roadmap together with CRM leadership.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications and development approaches before build.
• Implement best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, testing, deployment and version control.
• Support release planning, ensure production stability and reduce technical debt.
• Guide the team in using modern development tools and AI‑assisted workflows responsibly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring developers.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs and platform architecture.
• Experience with Git‑based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release management.
